Quarterfinals are set at the TEB BNP Paribas Istanbul Cup as Kristina Mladenovic booked her spot in the last eight with a dominant performance.

Former Top 10 player Kristina Mladenovic put on another solid performance at the TEB BNP Paribas Istanbul Cup. After knocking out No. 4 seed Dayana Yastremska in the opening round, the Frenchwoman dropped only three games to qualifier Kateryna Kozlova.

Hiring Sascha Bajin as new coach, 2014 semifinalist was too strong for in the 71-minute encounter at the Spor Toto Tennis Park. World no. 66 Mladenovic rolled past Kozlova 6-1, 6-2 to set the quarterfinal date with sixth seed Petra Martic.

The lone seed remaining in the event, Martic came back from a set down to defeat Ana Bogdan. Martic, who finishes as semifinalist in Charleston early this month, needed 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete the tight contest with a 4-6, 7-5, 6-3 victory
